Celtic legend John Hartson has taken a massive dig at Aberdeen.
The former Hoops striker took to his official Twitter account during a discussion on football finances and the differences in money made by Celtic and PSG, after Celtic’s 7-1 defeat to PSG.
After a fan asked “Imagine what Aberdeen could do if they had the spending power of Celtic…”, Hartson couldn’t resist replying.
He said: “Sure they would win the Champions league, and go 66 games domestically unbeaten, could even tempt sir Alex back into management!!”

Hartson played for Celtic between 2001 and 2006, scoring 109 goals and winning a host of trophies, including three Scottish Premiership titles.
Aberdeen are currently in second place in the Scottish Premiership, six points behind Celtic and when the teams met at Pittodrie recently Celtic cruised to a 3-0 victory.
Celtic are currently 64 domestic games unbeaten, and they put the record on the line in this weekend’s Betfred Cup Final against Motherwell at Hampden Park.
The Hoops won the cup last season as part of their first domestic treble since 2001, defeating Aberdeen 3-0 thanks to goals from Tom Rogic, James Forrest and Moussa Dembele.
Celtic last faced Motherwell in a cup final in 2011, winning the Scottish Cup Final by three goals to nil.
