Everton expected 4-2-3-1 against Hull: Defensive duo axed
By Amir Mir
Everton could make two changes to the team that thrashed West Brom 3-0 in the Premier League last Saturday.
Ronald Koeman’s side take on relegation-threatened Hull City at the weekend and he will be hoping his team can secure another three points at Goodison Park.
Defensive duo Leighton Baines and Gareth Barry could be axed for this fixture with Funes Mori and Idrissa Gueye coming into the starting XI.
Left-back Baines went off injured during the last game, therefore, Koeman might not risk starting the experienced player for this match.
Defensive midfielder Gueye came off the bench against the Baggies and one of the club’s most consistent players could reclaim his spot against the Tigers.

He might slot alongside January addition Morgan Schneiderlin who scored his first goal for the club last week.
The experienced centre-back pairing of Ashley Williams and Phil Jagielka could start with the impressive Seamus Coleman at right-back.
Further forward, striker Romelu Lukaku could be expected to keep his usual place and do his talking on the field after a number of days in the headlines.
He has scored 19 league goals this season and he can overtake joint leader Harry Kane in the scoring charts if he finds the back of the net against Hull.
The creative trio of Ross Barkley, Tom Davies and Kevin Mirallas could keep their places in the side after showing impressive form in recent weeks.
