‘Everton, West Ham alert after Chukwuemeka offers amid Chelsea, Dortmund situation’
Everton and West Ham must be ready to move in the summer transfer window following the latest update on Carney Chukwuemeka’s situation at Chelsea.
The winger made the move to Stamford Bridge back in the summer of 2022, when he signed from Aston Villa.
However, he has found it difficult to establish himself during his time with the Blues following an injury early in the season under Mauricio Pochettino, which has led to other clubs taking advantage of his situation in the transfer market.
Now it appears as though Chelsea have a decision to make on what comes next for Chukwuemeka, in what could prove to be another opportunity for their Premier League rivals.

Everton and West Ham have historic Carney Chukwuemeka interest
Back in the January transfer window, Football Insider reported that Chukwuemeka rejected offers from Everton and West Ham to join the clubs.
Instead, the Chelsea winger completed a loan move to Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund shortly before the market closed.
However, that was a move that did not work out, with the 21-year-old finding game time hard to come by during his time in Germany.
Chukwuemeka may have scored on his first Bundesliga start for Dortmund, but that what the only time he was named in a starting XI in the league for the club.
As a result, a fresh twist has emerged that gives Everton and West Ham the chance to revisit their own past interest in the winger.
Chelsea star could be available for Premier League clubs
According to a new update from The Athletic, Dortmund may have decided that they will not be moving to sign Chukwuemeka permanently in the summer transfer window.
Even so, he could still be on the way out of Chelsea before the start of next season, with the winger apparently not featuring in the Blues’ plans either.

As a result, Chukwuemeka’s time at Stamford Bridge now looks to be coming to an end, which does provide an opening for the likes of Everton and West Ham to make their move.
With both clubs facing an exodus of players this summer, they are going to need to make new signings before the start of the next campaign in order to be competitive next season.
Owners The Friedkin Group, and new boss David Moyes are now in place on Merseyside ready to overhaul a squad that grew stale through the latter years of the Farhad Moshiri era, while Graham Potter is facing a first summer of his own in East London after a dismal Hammers campaign.
That could tempt them to make a move for Chukwuemeka, in the hope they can be the ones to finally unlock the potential he has previously shown.
Young English stars such as Jude Bellingham and current Stamford Bridge loanee Jadon Sancho thrived at Dortmund but the Bundesliga clearly hasn’t worked out the same for the Chelsea man.
With Dortmund seemingly no longer in the picture, the winger himself may also be more open to staying in the Premier League this time around, since it does still provide him with the chance to play at the top level.
Consequently, the uncertainty that Chukwuemeka now finds around his future at Chelsea, is something that ought to be pleasing for Everton and West Ham, given the chance it may offer them in the window.
