Every player walking Premier League suspension tightrope including Everton and Liverpool stars
Premier League football was paused for the final time this year as the latest international break commenced.
In a drama-filled match week 11 of the Premier League, there was excitement at the top and bottom of the table.
While Arsenal were held to a 2-2 draw by Sunderland, allowing Manchester City to close the deficit by four points, Newcastle were beaten 3-1 by Brentford.
For some teams, most notably Newcastle, the international break has arrived at the perfect time to figure out where they’re currently going wrong.
Man City, on the other hand, were building up a head of steam after winning five of their last six matches in the competition.

Every Premier League player on four yellow cards
As always, some clubs let frustrations get the better of them, as Dan Burn was sent off for Newcastle against Brentford after being shown a second yellow card.
The Magpies aren’t the only ones to show ill-discipline this term, though, as multiple players have already served or are about to serve a one-match suspension for picking up five yellow cards.
Lucas Paqueta and Sasa Lukic will miss match week 12 for West Ham and Fulham, respectively, after being cautioned last weekend, while Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall served his suspension against Crystal Palace in October.
Meanwhile, there are many players currently one yellow card away from missing a game in the competition, and the list is as follows.
Premier League players on four yellow cards
- Granit Xhaka (Sunderland)
- Patrick Dorgu (Man United)
- Noah Sadiki (Sunderland)
- Alex Gimenez (Bournemouth)
- Carlos Baleba (Brighton)
- Kevin Schade (Brentford)
- Conor Bradley (Liverpool)
- Tim Iroegbunham (Everton)

A total of 14 players have picked up four cautions across the first 11 matches of the campaign, with four of them playing for either Everton or Liverpool.

The most ill-disciplined Premier League teams
As it stands, Brighton are the most ill-disciplined team in the division, having picked up 28 yellows in just 11 matches.
Bournemouth are close behind on 27, whilst Everton and Tottenham are tied on 26 each. Chelsea, meanwhile, have picked up three red cards already and 21 yellows.
At the other end of the table, Arsenal have only been shown 11 yellow cards – averaging one per game – with Manchester United second-best after collecting just 12.
Title-challengers Manchester City are the fifth-most disciplined with 18 cautions so far this season.
