Ex-striker sends Man City warning to Harry Kane after friends reveal
Frank McAvennie claims Manchester City may be the wrong fit for Tottenham striker Harry Kane.
The former West Ham striker, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, has reacted to the striker’s performances at Euro 2020.
Kane has so far failed to score at Euro 2020 when flanked by Raheem Sterling and Phil Foden.
The City duo would be Kane’s teammates if he made the move to The Etihad this summer.
On 22nd June, Sky Sports reported City had made a £100million bid for the England captain.
This site revealed on 9 April that Kane told his friends he wants to leave Tottenham this summer.

McAvennie claims Kane will still leave Tottenham but urged him to avoid Manchester City
“I don’t think there’s anything that will keep him,” McAvennie told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“He’s made up his mind but I don’t think Man City is the team for him.
“He’ll score goals but the first few games of the Euros he didn’t do anything.

“Don’t get me wrong, he will score goals wherever he goes but I’m not sure. City isn’t right for him.
“Foden did nothing for Kane and Sterling was the one scoring the goals.
“Maybe that’s a warning for him.”
Kane has score four goals at Euro 2020 after failing to score in the group stage.
He will lead England out at Wembley on Sunday night as the Three Lions face their first major final for 55 years.
