Rangers latest signing Ryan Jack has told that he’s heard the club are “making a few signings” who are thought to be of a “good calibre” this summer.
The Gers struggled in their first season back in the Premiership in the last campaign with the side only able to muster up a third placed finish.
Previous manager Mark Warburton also brought in a total of 11 senior players last summer, but he scoured the English Football League’s for his purchases and many have not turned out the way originally planned.
Now, current boss Pedro Caixinha is looking to make mass changes to his side this summer in an attempt to improve on Rangers’ position and Jack, who was confirmed on Thursday afternoon shared some exciting transfer news to the club’s fan base.
“From what I’ve heard the club are making a few signings and bringing in a good calibre of player, so it’s exciting times and I know there are really good players already here as well,” told Jack, as quoted by the official Rangers website.

Jack became Rangers’ second summer signing with Portugal international veteran Bruno Alves announced a day earlier on Wednesday.
The club have also been heavily linked with Norwich midfielder and Scotland international Graham Dorrans, Mexico international Carlos Pena and Benfica duo Daniel Candeias and Dalcio as Caixinha looks to shake up the Gers team.
Rangers last won the Premiership title back in 2011 after suffering demotion to the Third Division in 2012 and they will now be looking to bring an end to that six-year wait alongside ending Celtic’s run of six consecutive Premiership crown’s.
