Exclusive: Nottingham Forest agree deal to sign Ally Graham in Newcastle blow

Nottingham Forest have agreed a deal to sign Scottish sensation Ally Graham, sources have told Football Insider.

The highly rated 15-year-old has already played for Dundee’s Under-18s side and has become a regular in the Scotland youth setup.

Numerous Premier League clubs have shown interest in Graham including Newcastle United and Southampton, two clubs he has trained for.

But it’s Nottingham who have won the race and are now set to land his signature.

The goalkeeper has caught people’s attention due to his performances for Scotland Under-16s, which showcase his potential.

Graham is a signing with the future in mind for the club, but the goalkeeping position is something the club are focused on in the present too.

The Premier League outfit are hoping to strengthen in that area of the pitch and have targeted Aaron Ramsdale as an option to do that.

Football Insider revealed the Gunners are considering allowing the England international to leave the Emirates Stadium on a season-long loan before the transfer deadline.

Nottingham “would love” to have the 26-year-old, who is a proven goalkeeper in the English top flight.
