Leeds United could have more than one target that they could sign after Michaël Cuisance failed his medical, according to Michael Brown.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider assistant editor Russell Edge, the former Leeds United midfielder delivered his verdict after the move for the Bayern Munich stalled at the last minute.
The 21-year-old had travelled to Yorkshire to undergo a medical but the Athletic reported that it unearthed an issue with one of the midfielder’s feet.

Leeds promptly then backed out of the deal and Cuisance flew back to Germany.
However, Brown believes the Yorkshire giants will be working on other targets and their impressive start to the Premier League season will make it easier for them to sign players.
He told Football Insider: “Well, they were tracking him for some time.
“That’s the difficulty when you doing that and your targets go away. They’ve got others but they’ve got to fall in line.
“They’ve had a great start so far and I think that’s what will give them confidence and it will certainly make them attractive for other players if that is the case to go to Leeds United.
“The recruitment has been good so I’ll think they’ll have other targets but if they have to go without then so be it.”
Leeds boss Marcelo Bielsa has added just three players to his senior squad that won last season’s Championship title.
Forward Rodrigo signed from Valencia for a record transfer fee and he has been joined by defenders Robin Koch and Diego Llorente.
Koch, 24, has started all of Leeds’ Premier League games this season while Rodrigo scored his first goal for his new club against Manchester City on Saturday.
