Expert: Tottenham will ‘pummel’ Nottingham Forest after footage emerges
Tottenham will have no problem beating Nottingham Forest when they face off on Sunday (28 August).
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
Tottenham remain unbeaten this season after taking seven points from their opening three games of the 2022-23 Premier League season.
Forest have won one, drawn one and lost one on their return to the Premier League though they were perhaps lucky to earn three points against West Ham as the visitors missed a late penalty.
Wenham expects Antonio Conte’s side to dominate at the City Ground and extended their unbeaten start to the campaign.
“People are getting very excited about Forest but I watched their first two games,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“Newcastle could have beaten them 10-0 if all of their chances went in. Joelinton had a lot of shots that went wide, they could have easily been goals.
“In their second game, they got absolutely battered by West Ham at home but somehow sniffed a 1-0 win.
“Then they drew with Everton and they are horrendous, so I am very confident about Tottenham properly pummelling Nottingham Forest on Sunday.”

Forest have made 16 senior signings this summer as Steve Cooper attempts to keep the side in the top flight.
Tottenham have also been busy this summer, though none of their signings have started in the Premier League this term.
