Imagine qualifying for Europe while seeing your bitter rivals relegated.
That’s what happened in the 2007/08 Premier League season as Aston Villa absolutely thumped Birmingham at Villa Park.
Ashley Young and John Carew both got a brace while derby day specialist Agbonlahor was also on the scoresheet to round off one of the most one-sided Second City derbies in history.
Blues finished that season second-bottom, spared only of a 20th placed finished by Derby who amounted just 11 points.
