'Saving him for Derby?', 'TV off' - Nottingham Forest fans fume as one man left out v Norwich

Nottingham Forest face Norwich City in the Championship on Tuesday night as Aitor Karanka’s side attempt to make it three victories in a row.

The Reds have picked up form over the last week, just when it had looked as though they couldn’t buy a win and would face a relegation struggle.

But recent results have seen them storm up the table – 13 points clear of the sides in the bottom three.

The Canaries meanwhile have picked up just four points from a possible 12.

And when the side to play at Carrow Road was announced, it was the absence of one player in particular that had supporters baffled.

Lee Tomlin who only arrived at the City Ground in January and has already become an instant hit with supporters was the name that was missing from the starting XI.

The 29-year-old has notched up three goals in six outings so far.

Many felt that the decision to go without the attacker, who was replaced by Kieran Dowell in attack, was wrong and speculated as to where he could be.
