Sources: Fulham agree to sign Muniz for £8m

Fulham have agreed to sign Brazilian forward Rodrigo Muniz for £8million, Football Insider can exclusively reveal.

The Championship club are putting the finishing touches to a deal for the Flamengo attacker, 20.

A Fulham source has told Football Insider that an agreement in principle has been reached with the Brazilian outfit and the transfer should be completed soon.

Muniz, whose current contract runs until 2024, was part of the Flamengo side which won the Brazilian Serie A in the 2020 season.

The centre-forwards has scored five goals in 24 appearances for the Rio de Janeiro-based outfit since graduating from their academy last year.

He spent the first half of the 2020 campaign on loan with Coritiba where he scored once in six outings.
