Aston Villa’s Gabby Agbonlahor has revealed on Instagram how he was victorious in a six-a-side game during training on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old striker posted a picture on his personal Instagram account where he was accompanied by Aaron Thsibola, Tom Leggett, Rory Hale, Ashley Westwood and Mark Bunn.

His club manager Steve Bruce has brought him back into the first-team fold after he was left out by previous boss Roberto Di Matteo.

Agbonlahor has since made two cameo appearances from the bench during the 1-1 draw at rivals Birmingham City and the 2-1 win against Blackburn on Saturday where he was involved in the winning goal.

Here he is celebrating his winning moment in training on Tuesday.

The three-cap England forward is currently on a six-week fitness programme, but seems ahead of schedule as he has already made two first-team appearances.

As it is the international week, Agbonlahor will have more time to stake a claim for a possible starting place against Brighton on November 18.

But the club’s longest serving player will have to fight for a starting berth with Jonathan Kodjia, Ross McCormack, Jordan Ayew and Rudy Gestede.
