Man City receive boost in Morgan Gibbs-White pursuit amid uncertainty at Forest

Gibbs-White has played a vital role in Nottingham Forest’s season, but his standout form has drawn attention from the top of the Premier League.
Football Insider revealed that Manchester City have identified Gibbs-White as a potential successor to Kevin De Bruyne, who is set to leave the club after more than a decade of service.
Additionally, Football Insider later revealed on 18 May that Man City have been given a boost in their pursuit of Gibbs-White amid concerns about PSR.
Having already been deducted points last season for breaching PSR, the club are under increased scrutiny, and there remain concerns over their financial stability.
If a significant bid comes in for Gibbs-White, Forest may have no choice but to cash in on their talisman, opening the door for City to move.
