Rangers have been offered the chance to sign Roma striker Umar Sadiq, according to a club insider.
EstConsultancy, which has a stellar track record in breaking news from Ibrox, claims that the 21-year-old Nigerian is just one of a number of players which the Gers have been offered this summer as the club looks to add strikers to the squad.
Just one of a few offered mate. Looks a good player.

Sadiq spent last season on loan with NAC Breda, where he scored five goals in 16 appearances.
Football Insider verdict
The most interesting aspect of the Tweet from Est Consultancy isn’t the part about Umar Sadiq, it is more the implication that the Gers are looking for more strikers to add to their books. After bringing in two centre-backs, it now seems that the priority for Steven Gerrard will be to bring in goalscorers. Jason Cummings looks unlikely to return to Ibrox so at the moment the club only have one main striker in Alfredo Morelos, and that is not enough to sustain a title challenge, as was shown last season. The Gers did score plenty of goals last season, but the addition of another 15 goals a season finisher could perhaps have pushed them closer to a title challenge. It will be intriguing to see how many forwards Gerrard decides to bring into Ibrox this summer, it would not be a shock if two players were brought in to challenge Morelos for the main striking slot at the club.
