Graham Roberts impressed by Tottenham duo (not Kane and Alli)
By Dominic Toner
Graham Roberts highlighted the performances of Tottenham duo Kyle Walker and Christian Eriksen after the win against Stoke on Sunday.
Spurs moved up to second in the Premier League table with a 4-0 victory at home to the Potters.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side blitzed their opponents with four first-half goals and it was their attackers who stole the headlines.
Harry Kane scored a hat-trick to take his tally to 22 goals across all competitions this season, while Dele Alli also got on the scoresheet and managed to respond to his red card in the Europa League against Gent.
However, ex-Spurs player Roberts revealed on his personal Twitter account that he was particularly impressed with pair Walker and Eriksen, who are two ever-presents in the starting line-up.

Spurs defender Walker is a crucial part of the team’s success and is a great athlete on the right flank.
The England international has been used as both a right-back and wing-back this season, while also being regarded as one of the best full-backs in the division.
He has missed just one Premier League game this season through injury and provides great energy to Pochettino’s side.
Meanwhile, attacker Eriksen is another player heavily used by the manager and he is the creative spark of the team.
The Denmark international has played in 35 appearances this season across all competitions, scoring eight goals and supplying 14 assists.
In other Tottenham news, the club’s player is miles away from being as good as Gareth Bale.
