Harry Kane could be about to join Man United after ‘£20m’ exit reveal – pundit
Harry Kane will buy out his Tottenham contract if he wants to join Man United.
Speaking exclusively to Football Insider, former West Ham striker Frank McAvennie thinks Kane will make the move to Bayern Munich this summer.
The 30-year-old has entered the final year of his contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and has been heavily linked with an exit.
Bayern have already had two bids rejected for the England international as Spurs hold out for a fee of £100million.
According to the Daily Mail (2 August), the striker is willing to pay around £20m to buy himself out of his contract with the London club to force through a move this summer.
McAvennie insisted Kane needs to sort out his future one way or the other.
“They just need to get it done,” he told Football Insider.
“He is now talking about buying out his contract for £20m, that will be so he can go to Man United. If he buys his contract out they will not have a say about where he can go.

“If he hangs about for a year he could still go to Man United for nothing next year. If that happened the fans would not be happy with Daniel Levy.
“I really think he will end up going to Bayern Munich. It’s happening, isn’t it? He really wants to win things. He is up there with the best but he deserves to win something.“
