Harry Kane delivers Twitter verdict after Tottenham win over West Brom
By Dominic Toner
Harry Kane hailed a great “team performance” following Tottenham’s victory against West Brom on Saturday.
Spurs recorded a comfortable 4-0 win over the Baggies and climbed up to second in the Premier League table.
Kane enjoyed a fantastic afternoon as he netted a hat-trick to help steer his side to three points, while Gareth McAuley scored an unfortunate own goal for the visitors.
The 23-year-old scored three well-taken goals and he opened his account with a smart lifted finish in the first-half, before scoring a quick double in the second-half after a cross from Kyle Walker and an intelligent chip from Dele Alli.
Kane praised Spurs’ victory against West Brom and celebrated in style following the birth of his first child recently.
