Harry Kane fires stern warning to Chelsea ahead of FA Cup showdown
By Matt Farr
Tottenham star Harry Kane has warned Chelsea that his side are full of confidence ahead of their FA Cup semi final showdown on Saturday.
The north London club head into the tie on the back of a superb winning run, having won seven back-to-back Premier League games.
They have also scored four goals and kept clean sheets in each of their last two outings, while Chelsea suffered a rare defeat at the hands of Manchester United on Sunday.
The slip up from Chelsea at Old Trafford kept Tottenham’s hopes of winning the Premier League title this season very much alive, and they now sit just four points behind in second place.
But Kane believes their fine league form can boost their chances against their rivals in the FA Cup semi final this weekend, insisting his Tottenham side were brimming with confidence.

He said, as quoted by the Mirror: “We’re feeling good, we’re feeling confident.
“Every game we go into we feel like we’re going to score goals and defensively we’re keeping clean sheets, so that’s what we’ve got to try to maintain until the end of the season.
“It’s a big game now against Chelsea and we’re all looking forward to that, bring it on!”
Kane, 23, is expected to play a key role for Tottenham in the upcoming FA Cup showdown, as they seek a first domestic title since their League Cup triumph in 2007/08.
The England international striker has scored 25 goals for the club from 31 appearances in all competitions this season, including a hat-trick against Fulham en-route to the FA Cup semi finals.
The two sides have met each other twice this season, recording a win apiece.
