Harry Maguire set to rejoin Man United squad in the US after delayed departure
The centre-back posted a message on Instagram after being left out of the initial United squad that travelled to the United States for pre-season.
He confirmed he will now travel separately to link up with the squad a day later, writing: “All is fine now. I will be travelling tomorrow to meet up with the squad. Thanks for your concern.”

Maguire’s return will be a boost for Ruben Amorim, with the defender enjoying something of a resurgence under the new head coach last season.
His performances are now set to be rewarded, as Football Insider revealed that Man United are preparing to open contract talks with Maguire, who has just 12 months remaining on his current deal.
Maguire signed a short-term extension with Man United back in January after Amorim praised his leadership qualities, and he went on to become a mainstay in the side.
He featured 40 times in all competitions last term, scoring four goals and providing one assist across more than 2700 minutes of action.
Man United eye Nicolas Jackson move if price is right

While the squad continues their pre-season tour, United remain active in the transfer market, particularly when it comes to bolstering their attacking options.
Football Insider revealed that Man United could make a move for Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson, but only if the price is deemed suitable.
Despite already securing deals for Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo, the club are still keen to strengthen their centre-forward options.
Jackson is believed to be unhappy with his situation at Chelsea, having fallen down the pecking order following the arrivals of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap. If his situation remains unresolved, it could pave the way for a switch to Old Trafford
