Heckingbottom was talking in his pre-match press conference ahead of the Sheffield United clash and confirmed the news that had been rumoured after Jansson’s brother had tweeted he would be fit.

Jansson’s fitness comes as a huge boost for the side ahead of a tricky clash with Sheffield United – fellow promotion hopefuls.
The Leeds squad has been decimated with injuries and suspensions, after Gaetano Berardi became the latest player to be suspended after a red card.
His sending off against Cardiff marked the fourth red card in five games, an issue which Heckingbottom will be looking to address immediately.
Conor Shaughnessy and Luke Ayling are both out from the Leeds defence, and the return of Jansson will be a huge relief for the new manager.
