
Hull City announcing Cody Drameh today after Leeds deal rejected – Sources
Cody Drameh is finalising his move to Championship side Hull City on Tuesday (23 July), sources have told Football Insider.
The right-back, 22, left Leeds United at the end of his contract last month and rejected an offer of a new deal at Elland Road to sign for Hull.
Drameh, who is set to be announced on Tuesday (23 July), has passed a medical and will now join up with Tigers manager Tim Walter and his new teammates.
He has signed a three-year deal, with Hull holding the option to extend that contract by 12 months.
The East Yorkshire side beat off strong competition from Sheffield United to land Drameh.
He spent last season on loan at Birmingham City as they suffered relegation to League One.
Drameh, 22, made 30 appearances during his time with the Blues – notching four assists.

He has also amassed experience in the Championship with loans at Cardiff and Luton.
The defender joined Leeds from Fulham in 2020 as a hot prospect but has failed to break into their first-team despite relegation to the second tier.
Drameh made just 10 senior appearances for the Whites totalling 450 minutes.
The former England Under-21 international becomes Hull’s second signing of the summer window so far.
