Ianis Hagi sends cryptic message to Rangers fans after surprise twist
Rangers midfielder Ianis Hagi has taken to social media to tease a potential return to the first team after being frozen out by manager Philippe Clement.
The 25-year-old was touted to leave the Glasgow club throughout the summer as they scrambled for much-needed funds but a move never materialised.
Hagi, alongside now Blackburn star Todd Cantwell, was forced to train with the reserves, clearly unwanted by manager Philippe Clement.
Now, however, reports suggest that the Romania international could be set to make his return to the fold as the Rangers struggle for creativity.
According to The Scottish Sun, a peace deal has been brokered between Hagi and Clement, making the attacking midfielder available to play for Rangers for the first time in 14 months.

Hagi spent all of last season on loan at Spanish side Alaves where he managed to score twice and provide two assists in 26 appearances across all competitions.
Despite his lack of form at club level, he played a starring role for his country at Euro 2024, helping them reach the round of 16 for the first time in their history.
The attacking midfielder took to Instagram to share an image of him training, telling fans that he is now ‘back’.

Rangers struggled to a 1-0 win over Hibernian on Sunday (September 29) thanks to a 34th-minute goal from current number ten Tom Lawrence.
They next face a tricky Europa League league phase tie against French club Lyon at Ibrox after an impressive 2-0 away win over Malmo in their opener.
