Insider makes 'phenomenal' Tottenham claim ahead of Everton clash
Tottenham have been backed to continue their “phenomenal” record over Everton this weekend.
Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels, insists Antonio Conte will get off to a winning start in the Premier League.
Everton haven’t beaten Tottenham in a Premier League game at Goodison Park since December 2012.
Spurs travel to Merseyside looking for a first league win under new boss Conte and a first league win since 17 October’s victory over Newcastle.
Wenham is backing Tottenham’s under-performers to set up and impress their new manager.
“We have a phenomenal record at Goodison Park,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.

“I remember going up there and watching us put six past them. It’s just a ground where we perform well.
“We still have the new manager bounce and I expect us to go there with confidence.
“Everton have done very well with £1.5million worth of transfers and Benitez is getting the most out of that squad.
“Recently, they have looked very poor. I think, under a new manager, we could go there and get a big result.
“Another result would not be acceptable so we need a win. This will be the first real test under Conte.
“I expect some of the under-performing players to really put a shift in and hopefully Kane can get himself a few goals.”
Tottenham lie ninth in the league ahead of Sunday’s clash.
Conte won his first game in charge of his new club on Thursday in a 3-2 win over Vitesse.
