Insider: Tottenham ‘already making moves’ as ‘massive’ January deals lined up
Tottenham are already “making moves” as they plan to offload fringe stars during the January transfer window.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
On Monday (13 December), The Athletic’s David Ornstein reported Alli, 25, will be allowed to leave Tottenham in January.

Alli is just one star who could leave in January.
This site exclusively revealed on 4 December that Joe Rodon has set his sights on quitting Tottenham in January after his lack of action under new manager Antonio Conte.
Wenham claims Tottenham’s squad could look vastly different by the end of next month.
“Tottenham are already making moves,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“The focus is on getting rid of players during the January transfer window.
“Antonio Conte needs a more streamlined squad. I think doing this is absolutely brilliant.
“We are carrying too many players at the moment. We are now seeing links from very reliable journalists about players leaving.
“This is what we have needed for a while and the big benefit is that Conte can then bring his own players in.
“I think January is a massive month and I think our squad will be significantly better almost straight away.”

Tottenham have only lost one of Antonio Conte’s first six games in charge of the club.
That came in the form of a shock loss to Mura in the Europa Conference League.
