Insider: Tottenham will double their money as source reveals Rodon ‘100%’ wants to leave
Joe Rodon could command a fee of around £26million if he leaves Tottenham on loan in January.
That is according to Spurs insider John Wenham, who regularly breaks news about the club on his Lilywhite Rose social media channels.
On 4 December, a Tottenham source told Football Insider Rodon, 24, has his heart set on leaving the club in January.

The Wales international has had just 54 minutes of action in Antonio Conte’s five matches as Spurs boss.
He had only made five appearances this season before the Italian arrived.
Wenham wants to see Rodon go out on loan and he claims the defender could fetch double what Spurs paid for him if he impresses.
“He’s been so unlucky,” Wenham told Football Insider correspondent Ben Wild.
“When he joined he was cup-tied, so he missed a lot of Carabao Cup games on the way to the final last year.
“He also wasn’t registered in the Conference League so missed a whole load of football there.
“He’s also had a few injuries under four different managers and it’s been made clear he is pretty far down the pecking order.
“He is behind Eric Dier for that central defensive role. Dier doesn’t really get injured and is playing really well so opportunities are looking slim.
“Despite another centre-back role being opened by Conte and despite Romero’s injury, Rodon can’t get a look in.

“I think it’s best for all parties that he does move on. I wouldn’t be against an initial loan.
“Regular football will inflate his transfer value. We got him for £13million and that could double to £26million for a young player with plenty of Premier League experience.”
In other news, Tottenham are preparing for the “biggest window in their history”, with 10-plus deals in the pipeline.
