Ipswich reply as EFL clubs enquire about Jon Nolan - Sources
Ipswich Town have rebuffed enquiries from Rotherham United, Wigan Athletic, Peterborough United and Doncaster Rovers for Jon Nolan, Football Insider understands.
The 28-year-old has been a regular for the Tractor Boys in League One this season.
A recruitment source has told Football Insider Ipswich refused to let him leave Portman Road despite the player being keen on a move.
Nolan moved to Ipswich from Shrewsbury Town in the summer of 2018 and has scored 10 goals in 70 games for the club.
He has been a regular in Paul Lambert’s matchday squads since he took over in October 2018.
Ipswich currently sit in 11th place, four points behind the play-off positions with Peterborough and Doncaster both vying for promotion.

Rovers are third in the league, three points off the automatic places with two games in hand over second-place Lincoln City.
Posh are one place and two points behind Doncaster but have played the same number of games as Lincoln.
Nolan began his career in non-league with Stockport County before moving to Lincoln and then Grimsby.
He eventually broke into the EFL when he moved to Chesterfield prior to the 2016/17 season.
After the Spireites were relegated to League Two, he moved to Shrewsbury where he really made his mark earning the club’s Player of the Season award.
It was his performances at New Meadow that saw him join Ipswich, alongside teammate Aristote Nsiala.
However, the east Anglia outfit suffered relegation from the Championship in his first full season with the club.
