Liam Delap is tipped to leave Ipswich Town at the end of the season as Chelsea supporters have drawn comparisons to Diego Costa.
The 21-year-old was on the scoresheet as the Premier League newcomers defeated the Blues 2-0 on Monday (30 December) as the Tractor Boys continue to fight against relegation.
The striker joined Ipswich during the summer transfer window on a five-year contract for £20million from Man City and he has impressed during his spell at Portman Road.
Delap has scored seven goals and provided two assists in his 18 appearances in the Premier League this season which has seen him gain plaudits from fans and pundits alike, sparking conversations about his future.
However, Delap has attracted interest from various teams and his impressive performances have led fans to believe that he’s destined to play for a top-six club.
