Jack Grealish posts cryptic message amid Man City uncertainty
Man City winger Jack Grealish shared a cryptic message on social media amid growing speculation about his future at the Etihad Stadium.
The 29-year-old came off the bench during City’s dominant 6-0 win over Ipswich Town on 19 January.
However, the Englishman has faced challenges in securing a starting spot under Pep Guardiola this season. He has started just 11 of his 21 appearances across all competitions.
Ahead of City’s intense Champions League clash against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), the winger posted a message on his Instagram story.
It featured a message that read: “Character is how you treat those who can do nothing for you”.

Grealish’s only goal this season came from a penalty in City’s 8-0 FA Cup victory over League Two side Salford.
However, his performances this season have failed to impress, with fans expressing frustration over his lacklustre displays.
Consequently, with the rise of Savinho and Jeremy Doku on the left-wing, Grealish’s future at the club remains uncertain.
Football Insider revealed that the club would be open to listening to offers for the winger at the end of the season, given his poor form.
City are currently in 22nd place in the Champions League standings, just one point away from automatic elimination. Their next opponents, PSG, are only a point behind, and proves a crucial fixture.

Subsequently, his displays have raised concerns among pundits, with some suggesting that his playing style has been “coached out of him” under Guardiola’s management.
He might still possess the same threat and flair he had at Aston Villa, but he doesn’t show it enough, which likely adds to the pressure he faces.
Considering his lack of impact and the emergence of other talents, a move away from the Etihad could offer him a fresh start.
