Jadon Sancho sends message to Man City product after stunning twist
Chelsea star Jadon Sancho sent an encouraging message to England and Borussia Dortmund star Jamie Gittens following his brace in their 3-0 Champions League win over Club Brugge.
Gittens, 20, scored two goals in just ten minutes for the German giants, with striker Serhou Guirassy adding a third in added time to secure the win.
Like Sancho, 24, Gittens left Man City’s famed academy at a young age to pursue first-team football in Dortmund and hasn’t looked back since.
The youngster has been backed to have a break-out season in Germany having scored twice in just 99 minutes across their three opening Bundesliga games.

Sancho spent the second half of last season back on loan at Dortmund following his disastrous move to Man United.
The winger finally found a permanent way out of Old Trafford, moving to Chelsea on loan with an obligation to buy for around £25million on transfer deadline day.
The now Chelsea man took to Instagram to send an encouraging message to Gittens following his man-of-the-match performance.
Sancho impressed on his Chelsea debut, assisting Christopher Nkunku for his 86th-minute winner after coming on at half-time against Bournemouth on Saturday (September 14).
The West Londoners will travel east on Saturday (September 21) for their Premier League game against West Ham in the early kick-off.
In other news, Chelsea will get approval to build Earl’s Court stadium.
