James Maddison and Ollie Watkins respond to Dominic Solanke’s heartfelt message
Dominic Solanke sent an emotional message to Tottenham supporters as the off-season draws to a close.
The Englishman joined Spurs last summer an enjoyed an influential campaign as Tottenham lifted the Europa League breaking the 17-year trophy drought.
Solanke delivered 24 goal contributions in his debut campaign, despite the team struggling in the league and finishing in a disappointing 17th place.
However, his influence on the European stage was crucial, with goals in both the quarter-finals and semi-finals, with Brennan Johnson scoring the winning goal for Tottenham.
As the squad prepares to report back for pre-season this week, Solanke took to Instagram to post a reflective message to the fans, marking the end of the summer break and setting his sights on the new campaign.

Premier League stars react to Dominic Solanke as the off-season ends
Solanke shared a heartfelt message with supporters as the off-season draws to a close, reflecting on a memorable few months away from football.
The Tottenham striker posted on Instagram: “As another off season comes to an end, I just want to thank God, and all of you involved in making the last few months the best of my life. Time to make more memories.”
Several Premier League stars were quick to show their support. Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers and Djed Spence commented with a heart emoji, while Tammy Abraham, who recently completed his move to Besiktas, added: “Blessed.”
The post also attracted likes from the likes of James Maddison, Ollie Watkins, and Richarlison.
Solanke initially struggled to find his form at Tottenham, prompting frustration among supporters as he attempted to fill the void left by Harry Kane’s departure.
However, after playing a pivotal role in Spurs’ Europa League triumph — including key goals in the knockout stages — those early concerns have eased as the striker looks to build on a successful debut campaign.
Richarlison ready to quit Tottenham

While Richarlison showed support for Solanke’s message, his future at Tottenham remains uncertain.
Football Insider exclusively revealed on 7 July that Richarlison is ready to leave Spurs this summer, with the club considering player sales to fund further additions.
Tottenham have accelerated their pursuit of West Ham star Mohamed Kudus, with fresh talks held in recent days. Should Kudus arrive, an exit is expected, with Richarlison the most likely to make way.
Everton have previously shown interest in bringing Richarlison back to the club, but it remains to be seen if the Toffees will now step up their efforts for what would be a sensational return.
