The 18-year-old midfielder has impressed this season under Ronald Koeman after the Dutchman brought through the youngster from the academy ranks.
He has been a key part of the Toffees team in recent months as they are trying to secure a place in the Europa League.
Davies will prepare for a tough home fixture against Leicester City at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon as he will be hoping to start his eighth consecutive league game.

“The thing I like about him is that he has this balance,” Jenas told Football Focus which aired on BBC One on Saturday afternoon.
“He can go either way, sees a pass, for him, to that next level, he needs to score more goals and a few more assists. He is going to be a real player for the Premier League.”
Over the course of the season, Davies has played 18 Premier League and FA Cup matches for his side, scoring one goal and supplying three assists.
His most impressive performance of the season came during the 4-0 home win against Manchester City in January when he scored a brilliant solo goal.
The boyhood Toffees fan recently signed a new five-year contract with the club as he aims to build his reputation in the top flight.
