BBC pundit and former striker John Hartson has made the huge claim that Tottenham star Dele Alli can become one of the best in the world.
The 21-year-old is currently lighting up the Premier League with a stunning 16 goals and six assists from 31 top-flight appearances this season.
There is no doubting he is already one of the best in the Premier League at his young age, but he still has some way to go before he can be considered on the level of the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
But, Hartson believes he can reach the same heights of the aforementioned two later in his career and identified his mobility and aerial ability as two of his big attributes.
“Tottenham’s play is mesmerising at times. And I think Dele Alli can become one of the best in the world. He is mobile and so great in the air,” told Hartson as quoted by the BBC Sport website’s live match blog (Saturday, 12.29 pm).
