Jonathan Kodjia hailed Aston Villa for their 2-1 win over Burton on Boxing Day in front of a sell-out crowd at Villa Park.
Striker Kodjia also stated that the clash against Leeds on Thursday evening will be “hard” after the Yorkshire club beat Preston 4-1 on the same day.
Steve Bruce’s side are unbeaten on home soil this season – the only unbeaten home team in the Championship. They kept that record intact with the narrow win against Nigel Clough’s side.
Villa will now take on an in-form Yorkshire team on Thursday, with Garry Monk’s side winning a possible 24 points from their last 30.
This was Kodjia’s message to supporters after the win against Burton as posted on his personal Twitter account.

Leandro Bacuna opened the scoring against the Championship minnows with a thumping header, before boyhood Villa fan Jamie Ward levelled the scorings going into the break.
Despite dominating the match, it was the home side that struck the winner when Ross McCormack scored his first goal since September to help his team secure a much-needed three points.
They will now take to the field against the Whites, who beat them in the reverse fixture at Elland Road when Kemar Roofe and Chris Wood were the goalscorers.
Bruce’s side are currently six points off the final play-off spot and seven behind their midweek opponents who are fifth.
