Juventus and Italy enforcer Giorgio Chiellini has admitted he has one huge fear concerning the Champions League game versus Tottenham tomorrow evening.
Chiellini is not looking forward to marking Spurs hit-man Harry Kane, and the rest of the dubbed ‘fab-four’, as the London based club travel to Turin for the fixture tomorrow.
Speaking in a press conference, as quoted by Football London, the legendary defender claimed that Harry Kane is a rare talent.
“He is definitely a player that is very complete, he scores goals and plays for the team. He has all the typical skills that make him one of the strongest in the world.”
“Tottenham are very lucky to have a player like him because his talent is not common,” Chiellini added.
Yet Kane is just one point in Tottenham’s electrifying attack, with Christian Eriksen, Dele Alli and Heung-Min Son all representing viable attacking outlets.
The Juventus enforcer understands the threat that these four represent, having just beaten Arsenal this past weekend.
“One to one clashes are important but the whole team will have to do its best to limit, not only Harry Kane, but they have this ‘fab four’ in the attacking area.”
The tie favours Tottenham, who can look forward to the second leg being played at Wembley, so getting an away goal in the first leg could be a huge factor.
The first leg is due to be played tomorrow evening at 19:45, with the reverse home fixture scheduled for the seventh of March.
In other Tottenham news, this key Juventus attacker has been ruled out of the first leg fixture.
