Keinan Davis: Hutton reveals the ‘one problem’ with Aston Villa striker after Shearer claim
Alan Hutton has tipped Keinan Davis to force his way back into the Aston Villa squad after impressing on loan at Nottingham Forest.
The former Villa defender, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, insisted the 23-year-old has “all the attributes to be a top striker” for Villa in the future.
Davis, who joined Forest on loan last month, has already impressed against Premier League opposition this term, helping knock Arsenal and Leicester City out the FA Cup.

His performance against the Foxes drew praise from Alan Shearer, who, speaking during BBC One’s coverage on Sunday (6 February), claimed he gave the defenders a “torrid time”.
The former Newcastle striker went on to herald Davis’ “movement” and insisted he was “too strong” for the Leicester backline.
Hutton admitted it was no surprise to see his old teammate tormenting defences.
He suggested it could help him force his way into Steven Gerrard’s plans.
Discussing Davis’ impressive performances for Forest, Hutton told Football Insider’s Russell Edge: “It does not surprise me one bit. We’ve spoken about him for a couple of years and it does not surprise me one bit.
“He’s built for it. He’s big, he’s strong, he’s powerful, he’s quick and he can score goals. His one problem was staying fit.
“If he can go away and prove his fitness, which he’s doing at the moment, and play well, there’s no doubt he can come back and be a player for Aston Villa.
“It doesn’t surprise me one bit. Of course, Steven Gerrard will be monitoring his progression. He’s doing excellently well, he just needs to keep it up.
“Keep putting in the performances, work hard, and I don’t have a doubt about him at all. He’s got all the attributes to be a top striker. It’s just about proving that week in, week out.”

Davis has scored twice in six games for Forest, with one assist under his belt.
He made one appearance for Villa, under ex-boss Dean Smith, this season before heading out on loan.
In other news, pundit claims Aston Villa starlet will have delighted Gerrard with his recent performances.
