Ledley King has hailed Tottenham for their “fine performance” following their 4-0 win against Watford on Saturday afternoon.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side closed the gap on leaders Chelsea in the Premier League table to just four points after their third victory of the week.
However, their London rivals can widen the gap once again when they travel to Bournemouth in the later kick-off.
Attacking midfielder Dele Alli, Eric Dier and Son Heung-Min (2) were the goalscorers for the north London club in what was an easy three points.
After the match, club legend and former centre-back King gave his thoughts on the win by Pochettino’s side.
“Another glorious day at the Lane capped off by a fine performance,” King wrote on his personal Twitter account.

The win and performance will be a big confidence boost for Pochettino and his team as they aim to secure an unlikely Premier League crown.
At the start of the match, the Argentine opted to start striker Vincent Janssen up front, with the club’s key man, Harry Kane, on the bench after returning from an ankle injury.
The England international replaced the Dutchman on the hour mark and looked lively during his 30 minutes on the field.
He tested Heurelho Gomez in goal, who was forced to come off his line to stop the Spurs academy product from adding a fifth.
Nonetheless, Kane will be hoping to start the club’s next league match when they take on Bournemouth on home soil.
