Leeds ace Pontus Jansson comments on his future at the club after reported PL interest

Pontus Jansson has stated on Twitter that he has “never been happier” at Leeds even if “people talk” about his future at the club.
The Sun’s transfer expert Alan Nixon has claimed on his personal Twitter account that Premier League outfit Southampton are highly interested in the 26-year-old ace.
Centre-back Jansson has been a key figure for Garry Monk’s promotion-chasing side over the course of this campaign.
He arrived at Elland Road on loan from Italian side Torino in the summer and became an instant hit with the fans because of his playing style and passionate celebrations.
Here is Jansson posting comments about his future on his personal Instagram account on Saturday evening after the late draw against Newcastle the day before.

“Even if people talk, I have never been happier than right now,” Jansson wrote on his personal Instagram account.

Over the course of the season, Jansson has played 33 games in all competitions for the Whites, helping his side secure 13 clean sheets during the process.
In February, it was revealed that Jansson will make his loan deal at Leeds from Torino a permanent one, news which would continue to delight the Yorkshire faithful.
There is still a big possibility that Jansson and Leeds could be playing top flight football next season.
Monk will have to push his team over the line and secure a top-six spot added with the fact that they would have to win the gruelling play-offs.
If the highly-rated English coach is able to do that then he will end the club’s 13-year absence from the promised land.
