Leeds fans are all saying the same thing about ‘£50m’ Summerville deal

Leeds United fans are all saying the same thing after rivals Chelsea emerged as contenders to sign Crysencio Summerville this summer.

Reports suggested the Blues could be ready to make a move in a £30million deal to bring the 23-year-old winger to Stamford Bridge.

However, given Chelsea’s well-publicised spending sprees in recent years, fans have called for the club to raise the price if they are to sell to their rivals.

This comes shortly after Football Insider first revealed that Leeds would accept a reasonable offer for the newly-crowned Championship player of the season as a result of their financial concerns.

Summerville has attracted plenty of interest from Premier League clubs and is expected to leave Elland Road after they failed to win promotion.

However, Leeds supporters are keen to see the club make as much money as possible from his sale if he is to leave, particularly given Chelsea’s recent spending history.

Others, meanwhile, were keen to avoid a deal with Chelsea altogether given the club’s rivalry.
