Leeds fans have besieged Marcus Antonsson with messages urging him to wait for his opportunity after he posted an uplifting Instagram image.
Antonsson took to his personal Instagram account on Thursday to upload a photograph from first-team training that showed him posing happily with nine of his teammates.

The upbeat image comes at a time when the Swedish striker has been frozen out from Garry Monk’s first-team squad.
Antonsson has not even made the substitute’s bench for six of Leeds’ last seven matches even though he is fully fit and available for selection.
The 25-year-old has even been selected for the Under-23s on two occasions in what has been a fall from grace since his central role in the early months of the season.

The former Kalmar FF player has not had any league action since a late substitute appearance in the 3-0 win against Rotherham on 2 January, and has not scored in the Championship since October.
But Leeds fans have urged Antonsson to stay in a positive frame of mind and continue to fight for his place ahead of Saturday’s mouthwatering Championship clash against Brighton.
Here is a selection of their messages on Twitter:

Antonsson has made 21 appearances in all competitions for the Yorkshire giants this season but has scored just three goals, two of which came in the League Cup.
He has has struggled for game time due to the excellent form of main striker Chris Wood, who has scored 25 goals in all competitions this season and is the Championship leading scorer with 22.
The re-emergence of versatile forward Souleymane Doukara and the deadline day signings of Alfonso Pedraza and Modou Barrow have pushed Antonsson further down the Elland Road pecking order.
Leeds are aiming to consolidate their place in the play-off positions on Saturday by adding to the haul of 66 points from 37 matches that has taken them to fourth in the table.
In other Leeds news, the Yorkshire giants are in shock talks to sign a Liverpool attacking player.
