'Spend some money' – Leeds fans have found a stunning readymade replacement for Heckingbottom

It seems that Leeds manager Paul Heckingbottom is on borrowed time at Elland Road.

Football Insider revealed on Wednesday that Andrea Radrizzani has already decided that he needs to go, with the only decision left to make whether it’s now or the end of the season.

And Leeds fans seem to concur and are already on the lookout for his replacement, with some finding a stunning solution to the problems at Elland Road.

Slaven Bilic left West Ham after a poor string of results but his record before that was pretty good for the Hammers.

He led them into Europe in the 2016/17 Europa league and the Hammers went on to finish 11th in a fairly tough first season at the London Stadium.

There’s no doubt he’d be a popular and successful manager at Elland Road but would he really want to drop down a division to risk his reputation at the tough coalface of the Championship?

Stranger things have happened in football though and Leeds fans would seemingly love to see the Croatian take Heckingbottom’s job.

If Radrizzani could convince him to drop down a division it would be a stunning appointment.

Here are the best reactions from Leeds fans hopeful they can convince the 49-year-old to come and save them:
