Leeds fans rave about 23-year-old forward in red-hot form
By Dominic Toner
Oldham forward Lee Erwin scored his 10th goal of the season against Bolton on Saturday – and Leeds fans on Twitter expressed their delight about the form of the attacker.
The 23-year-old netted the decisive goal in a 1-0 victory and that result handed Sheffield United the title in League One.
He has been in great form since his season-long loan switch to Oldham and helped them avoid a relegation battle.
Erwin has been in particularly good touch in front of goal recently and has managed five goals in his last six league games.
Leeds fans voiced their opinion on the form of the striker and have noticed how well their loan star has been performing.

Lee Erwin bagging for fun, further proof that with game time and supportive fans, players produce. Shame on those who abused. #lufc

Leeds have had forward Chris Wood as their talisman this season and he has scored 28 goals across all competitions.
However, six-g0al attacker Souleymane Doukara is the Whites’ next highest goalscorer and Garry Monk’s side have been heavily reliant on their talisman for his contribution.
Monk may be looking to bolster his attacking options in the summer and some fans have suggested Erwin getting a chance in the first team.
He failed to make an impact last season at Elland Road and made just 15 appearances across all competitions, but has continued to develop out on loan this campaign.
