'Smashing it', 'Imagine what he could do' – Leeds fans react as prolific 58-goal striker reportedly linked

Leeds have fans have reacted with excitement to the news that their club has been linked with former striker Ross McCormack.
The Sun, in Tuesday’s print edition, claimed that Thomas Christiansen is after both McCormack and Tommy Elphick, but it’s Leeds’ former striker that the fans are most excited by.
McCormack scored 58 goals for Leeds in 147 games between 2010 and 2014 and despite being 31 is still banging the goals in.
McCormack, an Aston Villa player, is currently on loan to Melbourne City FC but is due back at Villa Park before the end of the month despite scoring 14 goals in 16 games for his Australian club.
The Sun claims that Aston Villa would sell the player, who fell out with manager Steve Bruce, for £4.5million and Leeds fans want their club to snap him up.
The story from The Sun was posted by a Leeds fan, @markrikko, on his personal Twitter page on Tuesday morning.
