With his contract set to expire in the summer and mounting Premier League interest, a number of supporters on social media are starting to wonder if he is truly injured.
Here are a selection of their messages on Twitter:
Always felt Taylor won't play until the window shuts. I reckon there is a pre contract deal already done with a club sadly #lufc

Taylor has starred in 97 encounters in total for the Yorkshire giants, with 25 of those appearances coming under Garry Monk this season.
He has played a pivotal part in helping the club compete at the top of the table in third this season, but growing interest from Premier League outfit West Brom and his contract situation has seen his future thrown into doubt.
Many fans will be hoping that the club can now keep the player, but there is still a divide on whether they should cash in on him if he is not going to sign a new deal.
In other Leeds news, Monk has delivered a transfer update which will delight fans.
