Lewie Coyle has been named in Leeds United’s development side for their clash against Sheffield Wednesday at Elland Road on Friday night.
The defender, 21, will line up at right-back for Jason Blunt’s Under-23s in the Yorkshire derby, which will pit the reserves and emerging stars from the bitter rivals against one another.

Coyle’s selection means he will play no part for the Leeds senior side in their pivotal Championship clash against Burton Albion on Saturday.
Garry Monk’s senior squad left Yorkshire on Friday to make the long journey to Lincolnshire after Coyle was left behind.
The Elland Road academy product was an unused substitute for Leeds in their shock 1-0 home defeat to Wolves on Monday.
He was also in the matchday 18 for their 3-0 win against Preston earlier this month.
In total, the full-back has made nine senior appearances for Leeds this season in which he has suffered two serious injuries.
In other Leeds United transfer news, a stunning £14million bid is being prepared as deal edges closer with Premier League big hitters.
