Saiz might be turning heads at the moment with his goals, but there’s a reason why Leeds fans love Pontus Jansson so much. Jansson was at it again at the Stadium of Light, winning header after header, and getting his body in the way of any danger that was heading towards the Leeds goal. Jansson was as good in defence as Saiz was in the final third and Leeds have now kept three clean sheets in a row. If Jansson can keep playing as well, and help keep Leeds tight at the back then Thomas Christiansen could succeed where Garry Monk narrowly failed last year.
