Liverpool fans rage on Twitter as 21-year-old seals Bundesliga switch

Liverpool fans are angry that they have missed out on signing Mahmoud Dahoud.
Borussia Monchengladbach confirmed on Thursday that the 21-year-old will be staying in Germany and moving to Jurgen Klopp’s former club Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season.
According to the Express, Dahoud has been a target of Liverpool since January but has snubbed the chance of Premier League football to play under the charge of Thomas Tuchel.

Supporters are aggrieved that they have missed out on what they regard as one of the hottest young talents in European football.
The Merseyside club have seen a host of players linked with moves to Anfield secure moves to Dortmund in recent history including Christian Pulisic, Ousmane Dembele and Mario Gotze.

Dahoud has made 32 appearances in all competitions for Monchengladbach this season and featured in Champions League matches against Manchester City and Barcelona.
It will be the first time the Germany Under-21 international has played away from Borussia-Park where he’s spent his entire career with the club to date.
He will joining the likes of fellow wonderkids Emre Mor, Dembele and Alexander Isak.
