Gerrard led his Liverpool side to a number of titles, including the FA Cup, League Cup and Champions League.

He is one of the Reds’ academies greatest successes and even went as far as to finish in third place for the Ballon d’Or in 2005 behind Ronaldinho and Frank Lampard.

He will now be looking to pass his influence down to a number of highly talented Liverpool youngsters, including Trent Alexander-Arnold, Harry Wilson and Ben Woodburn, who are all looking to break into the senior team.
