Loan watch: Two goals in two games for this Rangers starlet

Graeme Murty currently has eight of his Rangers players out on loan across multiple different leagues, and many of them were in action this past weekend gaining useful match experience that they can’t achieve at the Ibrox just yet.
The Glasgow Evening Times evaluated how these players fared this weekend.
Scottish Championship
There are three Rangers youngsters currently on loan in the Scottish Championship division, as Jordan Thompson and Ryan Hardie are both at Livingston, whilst Myles Beerman is at Queen of the South.
The impressive Ryan Hardie now has two goals from his two games for Livingston, after connecting with fellow Gers loanee Thompson’s cross to find the net as they beat Falkirk 3-1.
Beerman was not included in Queen’s matchday squad as they lost 2-0 away at St Mirren.
Liga MX
Gers fans must have all but forgotten about Carlos Pena, who is currently on loan in Mexico at Cruz Azul with fromer Rangers manager Pedro Caixinha. Pena was brought on at the hour mark this weekend, but could not help Cruz Azul as they lost 2-1 to Atlas.
Scottish League One
Gers have two players out on loan in the Scottish League One, Ross Lyon is currently playing for Stranraer and Kieran Wright for Albion Rovers.
Wright started the game for Albion Rovers, but could not stop Arbroath from winning 1-0, as Omar Kader’s strike found the back of the net.
Lyon came off the bench for Stranraer, but was inneffective as East Fife secured the 2-0 win, knocking Stranraer out of the play-off posisitions in the process.
Scottish League Two
Robbie McCrorie did not have the best of days for Berwick Rangers, as the young keeper was beaten four times as the Rangers lost 4-0 to Stenhousemuir.
English League One
Rangers only England based loanee is Harry Forester, who is currently playing for AFC Wimbledon. Forester came off the bench at the 63 minute mark but was unable to help Wimbledon, who lost 2-0 at Rotheram.
In other Rangers news, Russell Martin has had his say on the Alfredo Morelos transfer speculation.
