Manchester United have recalled Luke Shaw to the starting line-up against Bournemouth on Saturday – and the club’s supporters were thrilled to see the defender back in the side.
The 21-year-old has struggled to get into the starting XI this season and made just 14 senior appearances.
Jose Mourinho has decided to make four changes to his side from the team that lifted the EFL Cup final success over Southampton.
Shaw, Wayne Rooney, Michael Carrick and Phil Jones have come into the side for the Premier League clash with Bournemouth.
Meanwhile, Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly, Jesse Lingard and Ander Herrera are dropped.
United fans expressed their delight about Shaw’s return and hope he takes his opportunity to impress.

Really hope Shaw takes his chance today. He and Martial on the left could work wonders. #MUFC

Shaw has seen himself slip down the pecking order at Old Trafford recently and lose his left-back position.
The ex-Southampton player has been tipped to become a regular starter for both United and England, but is enduring a difficult spell currently.
He has been given the chance to impress at home to Bournemouth and will hope to regain his spot on a regular basis.
United’s early kick-off means a victory will move them up the table from sixth to fourth as they try to earn a Champions League spot.
